Called into the shop to get help to activate a Lucky account. Customer service rep Felipe went above and beyond helping and trying to find a solutions to help. I have been in the service industry for many years and it’s amazing to see how he was quick to understand the problem and was prompt to help. I sincerely appreciate his great service and the level of detail and accountability he has demonstrated during the call. Great Hire !!

Went in today for a cell phone plan for my young daughter. Manon helped us greatly and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process seamlessly. Definitely recommend. Great experience.

I visited the Source tonight and was very impressed with the high level of service I received from Manan. He helped me make a significant purchase and was full of great info. After he took care of my purchase he reviewed our Bell services and provided some great advice with that too.
