Unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the very angry short lady with short blond hair and glasses who was working at the Reception desk when I walked in….Yikes!! I really hope she was just having an off day and that her nasty, negative attitude towards me isn’t an everyday occurrence there with all customers. I sincerely hope she feels better soon.”
