Urban Planet is an awesome retail store with some of the best deals and real good prices for decent clothes. The clothes are so cute and totally stylish. The customer service is helpful and the staff are usually friendly and very nice. However, there can be long queues at checkout and there aren't many options for men's jeans. Some customers find they don't have larger sizes. A major recommendation is to install mirrors inside the changing rooms, as having to step out defeats the purpose. Despite this, many shoppers continue to go back.

An awesome retail store with some of the best deals I've ever seen. What makes it better is the customer service. Whether it is the fitting room or trying to find something, they are always helpful. I've gone three or four times in the last month, and I will continue to go back.

I love this store but I don't buy a lot from here because usually they don't have my size.. Im a 2X I wish they would bring in bigger sizes more but besides that their clothes are so cute and totally my style and I love it

Real good prices for decent clothes, staff are very nice. Would be nice if mirrors were inside the changing room, though.
