This review is specifically for the managers only, why are there 2 managers working if both of them are going to go on their lunch at the same time? I had a return from an online purchase that only the managers can do but they were both on their lunch? That’s not fair to customers who wait in line to be served & it’s not fair to the workers either. On the bright side the cashier was extremely nice, helpful & apologetic

So only once my transaction was complete did the worker tell me that they do not allow refunds but store credit upon any returns. I think that should have been stated before the purchase had been completed. Then I get home and a sweater still has a security tag on it. I live over 30 min of highway driving away and have to drive back to get this tag removed. Bad service if you ask me.

I love this store but I don't buy a lot from here because usually they don't have my size.. Im a 2X I wish they would bring in bigger sizes more but besides that their clothes are so cute and totally my style and I love it

The fitting rooms are not Hijab friendly. The mirrors are outside only, and completely revealed to the rest of the store. Would be great if some mirrors could be added in the fitting room itself. I bet not only hijabis are struggling with it.
