I used to tolerate the high-priced USED goods store in the fact that given the size you can now and then find some fair deals or the novelty of finding obscure doo-dads. However I am very disappointed that they have used Covid as an excuse to permanently remove change-rooms and only offer in-house exchange on what could be at times literal garbage. It's a very abrasive business strategy and one I cannot endorse given they making straight profit on their stock "donations" to a fully profitable organization that makes an undisclosed donation to actual non-profits... they have stripped away the "fun-factor" in thrifting with friends to fill their own pockets.I don't lose sleep over it, but no-longer buy pants there LMAO

Prices can be a little unpredictable at times, but you never know what you might find, and that's kind-of what makes it great. Prime location, however, would be cool if there was a second location on the west side or Milledgeville area. Overall, it is a good store with friendly staff.

They charge an insane amount for things that were given to them for free. But 15-20$ for a pair of pants is still better then 60-100

The place has a variety of clothing and wares, however the prices are getting out of hand. I only shop when I have a 20% off coupon (you get for donations) and even then, not too impressed with the receipt. The staff is great and kind to some degree, but don’t bother asking for a price reduction or discount. 3/5 overall… hit or miss!

I went here at 8 p.m wasn't too busy. The employee acknowledged me right away and was very polite and helpful ( I had some exchanges to bring back). She informed me how to go about it and was very helpful! After I picked out my new items exchange was super quick and the other employee was also very helpful. It was a very pleasant visit to the Value Village! Would recommend.

Front end staff are so helpful and friendly. Missing cashiers conversations with self help cash but it's a sign of the future I guess.

so disappointed that the changing rooms were taken away when covid happened, it’s so unfortunate to not be able to try on things and spend so much money for it not to fit when you’re home. Having clothes not fit can be extremely discouraging to some people, and the return policy is not very good.. Having to find an item right there, I would prefer atleast a gift card with the money returned. I really think the changing rooms should go back in, you would have more people buy things for sure. I put things back all the time because I’m not sure it’ll fit.

Great store for those looking to save money. There are many new things or give a second life to used things. In April 2023, self-service checkouts were installed, it has become much more convenient to shop now.

Whoever does the pricing is REALLY bad at their jobs. There is a BUNCH of gross and damaged stuff from DOLLARAMA that they are selling for more than new!!! Its actually ridiculous. I usually love thrifting but I just went to the dollar store next door to get what I needed. Also they got rid of the changing rooms, and if you want to return something you can just get store credit. It's just not what it used to be.
