My daughter and I recently made the switch to Virgin Plus and had a great experience thanks to Rob's excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and friendly while he activated our two new phone plans and an Apple Watch. Highly recommend Virgin!

I've always had pleasant interactions at this location however, today I went in with my heart set and I was met with Zoe. She was beyond amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and a delight to speak with. She was able to answer any and all questions as well as simplify things when I needed it. 100/10 would recommend going to her!
