550 Main Street, ShediacFor our family, this is exactly what we were hoping for. It looks like they have incredible fried chicken but we were on a mission for lobster rolls. I’ve had a few but these were the best! Lobster overflowing with minimal mayo (I do t like them swimming in mayo), just enough crispy greens under the fresh delicious lobster. Served on an est coast hot dog bun which was basically garlic bread. Unreal!!

395 Main St, ShediacDelicious chocolate with various flavours but I go especially for their Kouign-amann, an exceptional laminated pastry originating from Brittany, France. Very specialized, tricky to make and hard to find. I was able to buy 2 today 😋

296 Main Street, ShediacWe absolutely loved this cozy Inn!! Recently modernized room, it was a perfect place to rest our weary family after a long road trip. We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor which had a jacuzzi tub- loved it! The bathroom is bigger than my bedroom at home. Haha
Easy self-check in, extremely helpful phone staff, clean, bright. The only reason for 4 stars (I would have done 4.5 if I could) is the loud window unit air conditioner- but it didn't keep us from sleeping, it was like white noise. And recommend they advertise the sofa in the room as a sofa bed and provide bedding for it- nice extra space option for kids!
Anyway, we would 100% stay there again. A 5 minute walk from the giant lobster over a bridge with a perfect sunset view, complete with blue herons, and great food attached with take out option.
