“This store has an excellent cosmetics area. It’s clean & organized and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I never get customer service anywhere like I do at this Shoppers. If I am just browsing I tell them and they leave me alone but when I have a question they are always helpful with skincare and they have knowledge to share. They give suggestions but don’t pressure sell. They offer me to try on the makeup if they have testers to do so. They always clean the tester off first. And I feel the girls are honest with me with suggestions. Not selling me something that I don’t need. The prices at Shoppers are not cheap so I have higher expectations when shopping here. They know the PC Optimum deals and always highlight them and help me get more points!”

“I live in Shediac, I go to this store almost every day. I'm only ever treated with friendliness, helpfulness,dignity and respect.Everyone here is just the best! Denise, Rachel, Charline, Cynthia, Jacob and Kayla are top notch in every way, consistently!There's nothing you can do about wait times for prescriptions especially with extra customer load/uptake in population.Everyone is sincerely doing their best and I appreciate them all. :)”
