“Holly the mortgage specialist was awesome. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you get your forever home. You don'thave to have a rbc bank account either for their mortgage! I have scotiabank but was recommended to her by Dishers because we wanted a mini home built and my bank doesnt offer mortgages for some reason on disher prefab homes.
