We went shopping at the the St Stephen store on Black Friday. To our pleasant surprise, everything we were looking for in the flyer was in stock! A big thank you to Connie for helping us find everything. She was a big help!

Great location with sweet staff. Yes, you can find staff here! We've heard it can be difficult in other locations. ;)

Waited at the auto parts desk for well over 20 minutes. The store was understaffed making it very difficult to get assistance. The people that were there were friendly and courteous and prompt, but they weren't able to keep up with customer demand. It's too bad.. I had to leave as I ran out of time, so I didn't get what I went in for, which is ultimately why I would rank the store...

Terrible customer service! I came in to simply buy a replacement bulb for the cargo light on my truck. I waited at the parts counter while the older gentlemen was opening rolls of change and put them into the till. I thought he would come over to wait on me. Nope! Then he goes down to the service centre side where you make appointments. He talked to one of the mechanics and another employee for a good 2-3 minutes. I was standing at the far end of the counter. I was in their line of sight. The older gentlemen then starts coming over in my direction to help me. Nope! He leaves the counter walks right behind me, says nothing and walks toward the back of the store. At this point I walked out and I went to Napa. I was in and out in 2 minutes.Having to wait at least 10-15 minutes for no customer service is ridiculous. I’ve worked in retail management for 20 years. The customer comes first! The staff here need to be more customer oriented. That is the last time I purchase anything from this Canadian Tire. I’m tired of poor customer service from this location

07 Honda accord. Was leaving to cross the country whatever work these people did lasted 1 province. They overcharged me for parts. Had all parts they put on replaced when I got to Edmonton and the Alberta mechanics literally laughed at their “work.” That they graciously overcharged me for and made me wait to get fixed for 6 hours. Blamed it on a “foreign” part that didn’t even need to be put on the vehicle at all.Don’t trust these “mechanics.” With your time or money. Absolutely the worst. They put the cheapest parts on incorrectly and did the BARE minimum for what I payed them for. My bill was 400+ dollars for a rotor. And 6 hours worth of my time because they couldn’t find the part. That’s what you get for being a woman who drives in st Stephen I guess. Also kept asking me if I had a boyfriend. Highly unprofessional and gross. Terrible experience and a waste of my time.I’ll keep posting this over and over again regardless of how many times you remove it because your mechanics are a joke. And this is a free country. I’ll just call the main office for Canadian tire and go above you. You have a boss too. Remember that.

Prices were marked wrong, felt like a hassle for them to adjust it on a 16 dollar mug. Also the parts department is horrible when it comes to being at the actual parts desk.Glad it's opened later though.

I am very glad we have a Canadian Tire in our small community. The people are always friendly and helpful. I get items for my business as well as personal items for my home there.l 5*

Absolutely ridiculous this store isn’t up until 9pm on a Friday. The joys of small town living.

I moved here a year ago. This store has been great, very well stocked and helpful staff. Much improved from the CT in my hometown in Ontario!

It's a typical Canadian Tire store, but with a terrible manager. Impossible to talk to or reason with, and shouldn't be employed in a public service role.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked my appointment in advance after spending $550+ on new tires to have them installed, undercoating, and an oil change Friday morning before driving back to Halifax. I informed them I was bringing rims to change over too. They told me where to put them in the garage. They then spent an hour and a half removing my brand new summers from their rims and putting the winters on those and didn’t inform me. They gave me back the car, presumably keeping my winter tires and rims. They then told me they might be able to get me in today to fix their own mistake. I wish I had never bought my tires here, will never be back.Edit I would love to call and talk to customer service however I’m back at Canadian tire for a third time because after finally getting it straightened out there we’re prepared to send me on my 5 hour drive to Halifax on a vehicle with the drivers side tire leaking from the valve stem. It was flat within 20km.Edit again. Back to NS, go to leave my house this morning, another tire is fully deflated. ???

I gotta say, this has to be one of the worst and most disorganized Canadian tires I’ve ever been to.before moving into the area, you could always rely on the app to tell you what’s in stock, how many they have and what aisle it’s in, but this Canadian tire!!!..it’s almost as if they aren’t connected to the app stock wise, more often than not the item your looking for Isn’t where it’s supposed to be, and then if you ask for help, they are clueless and just go look where you were just looking and give a shoulder shrug? “Not here”I can’t tell you how many items that were “in stock” some said 6 “in stock”, some said 10 “in stock” only to get there and they are nowhere to be found ?♂️Infuriating

Overpriced, poor selection. Everything is at least 25% more.for the same brand than at Homehardware in St. George, Kent, Giant tiger. Only worth it if they have a serious clearance sale.on. and only that's after a couple of rounds of markdowns. Items.not priced on shelves - staff say they don't know and can only inform if they scan at checkout?
