Completely unprofessional. Someone told my grieving parents they could be seen Monday to handle my grandfathers affairs, they travelled from Grand Manan only to be called when pulling into the parking lot and told they can’t be seen until Friday!! Even when they were told the circumstances still were told to travel back on Friday. This is unacceptable.
