I had a horrible experience with a pothole, popping both my passenger side tires, while trying to get to the Irving. Being from out of province. Luckily this shop was down the street. The owners and their beautiful dog were extremely helpful! I had no appointment and they went as far as to drive to local suppliers for my uncommon size tires. They were also quite busy as well so even being able to help me at all was very grateful. While they worked on my vehicle I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner’s father and it was great conversation. I highly recommend VLB Auto. Thank you for everything.

We recently dropped in out of the blue with a very bad oil leak.. Vernon, Andy and the guys not only had our car up on the hoist in minutes… they found and fixed the problem right away… we were back on the road in only 30 minutes!! The invoice was more than reasonable and I was very impressed with the service. The mechanic even took the time to show us the part that caused the oil leak. Thx again guys.. we made it to PEI on time and have since returned to Ontario. The car is still running great. ???

just wow never have I ever been treated like that. That is a great way to get business by yelling and screaming at people. I get thats is is a small town shop but there is still a thing called customer service

I have lived and served all over Canada from West to East and even a stint in Germany and Vern's and his Mech's are simply the only ones I'll take my vehicles for service and repairs after 47 yrs of driving cars.

Gives you a quote for $600 and then and then he writes up a bill for $1300. Keeps vehicle for almost a month,no updates on progress, or if any extra costs. Not impressed. Won't ever be going back.

I’m glad that when I take my car here, I can rest assured I won’t be taken advantage of as a woman. My car is always is great shape because of the owner and the hard working mechanics! I really recommend if you are a woman, or anyone looking and needing services.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute terrible experience. Come to all rite auto if you want to be threatened by an employee. Good job screaming at a customer for arriving while the sign still says they’re open.
