The Welshpool Landing hall was just what we needed for our West Isles Sea Kayak Symposium. It had more thsn we needed actually. Full stage, 2 washrooms, full kitchen many many fold out tables and access to a pontoon capable of berthing 50' fishing vessels. We took full advantage of the pontoon to taxi participants over from Deer Island.
