This is always a great stopping off point when we're in Woodstock.I appreciate that I can get a burger in a lettuce wrap instead of a plastic container with a fork and knife!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they offer lettuce wrapped burgers instead of plastic packaging.

I went here to eat last week only to walk in to some foreigner they have as a supervisor(weird though never seen her before) screaming at one of the employees and calling them retarded. I asked the employee getting bullied and harassed if this sort of thing happens often and they said all the time with that supervisor and management refuses to do anything to reprimand this supervisor. As a canadian citizen born and raised I know for a fact this place does not meet labour standards and needs to be shut down. I hope for the employees working there something gets done about this soon.

The food is always good, but the service has gone downhill. Some of the workers will just walk past you multiple times before taking your order. It always takes a long time to get the food, too. On my last trip in one of the workers for the kitchen was out front talking to people and still would not go cook after the manager asked them to go back to work. So it's a good place to eat if you have lots of time.

Placed our order, waited 15 minutes which was perfectly fine. Noticed our order had absolutely nothing on the burgers we paid for, in fact completely wrong burgers. Went to the counter, was told they would fix it straight away. Another 20 minutes goes past while we watched 13 different people walk in order and leave with their order. I again go up and ask about our burgers, told 1 minute sir I will take care of it. So I sit back down, now not happy. 10 more minutes goes by, I ask again, told just wait a minute, by now 5 more customers have ordered. So I asked to just be reimbursed for the burgers. Oh it will be out in just a minute sir please be patient. Now I sit back down being blown off a 3rd time I am pissed. Then another customer goes up that ordered long after us with oh wow you guessed it the wrong burger and she was told to have a seat and blown off just like us. So I lost my cool and demanded my money back and left. I felt bad for the manager as she dealt with me, and told the lady that swore my order was being fixed maybe she should have told someone in the kitchen about our wrong order. We witnessed another customer ask where his order was and it wasn't even on their screen. So I think perhaps maybe the manager and employees may be a problem at this location as it was in fact the manager that put our order together and not looking at the product she served us.Sorry for being a complaining customer, but when you charge $35 for a 2 burgers that we didn't even get, yes you can believe I am going to complain. I will say the manager did reimburse my money, so at least it was taken care of. But I can tell you the manager you can rest easy, you will never see my face ever again in your store. I wish I could make as much money as you so I could just chase all my business away. Best of luck to ya!!!!

Ordered extra bacon and cheese on my burger, they forgot to put it on and lied to me about it, kept making excuses, slow Line, i was waiting for 15 min while there was only 1 person ahead of me, the cook was sketchy, one worker had a "OF"was not impressed about this

Food is awesome if you have the time to wait.Also they forgot part of my order and had to wait even longer for. When ordering expect at least 15mins as food is made fresh. Something they don't notify you of if in a hurry.Also this time here. I ordered 3 doubles and my order was messed up. Got 1 double and 2 singles. Many not satisfied on the service in my group.

We arrived last night at 9:45pm from out of town, they were closing at 10pm. Yes, we arrived 15 mins before closing but the restaurant doesn't stop serving food before they close so we decided to go in considering we don't have A&W in our home town, so it's a nice but expensive treat for us. Our daughter watched the women working throw her hands up because we were coming in. My daughter is an anxious person so that made her have more anxiety. Once we approached to order the woman asked if we were eating in our take out. I said take out and she left out a sign of relief and said "I was hoping you would say that because we close in 10 mins" extremely unprofessional and it made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I ordered a teen burger with no meat. The worker looked at me like I was crazy to order that and with a very sarcastic tone got on her headset and proceeded to tell the cook "no meat on the burger" making me feel like I was an idiot for even ordering it. She also made my other daughter feel bad for ordering a plant based burger cause "that will take 8 mins to cook" I looked at the time and they were still open for another 9 mins so I said that's no problem we will wait. The two guys who were working were friendly but the woman working had the worst customer skills ever! I wish we didn't decide to go there and drop over $60, we should have taken our business elsewhere. I should have read the reviews before we went. I would have been warned.

They have some of the most disgusting people work in there. And when one of the cooks are working the food is Always undercooked Cold Ann disgusting. They have the most disrespectful people working for them. In the manager is a joke.It's not that Klingon's either. McDonald's service, better food. At least I know the food will be hot.
