“They were transparent, empathetic, friendly, and they did a great, quality job fixing a couple rust blemishes on my car at a handle and on rear quarter panel. There was a spot that was worse than it appeared at first inspection (partially hidden by fender flare), and they fixed it beautifully while they tried their best to minimize what would be an understandable price increase. Car is clean, wheels are shined, and my AC seems to have been magically fixed (probably due to disengaged battery, but regardless.) Thanks, Megan and team :)”

“This past Sunday I attended a car/truck/tractor/antique engine show co sponsored by NAPA and the Best Western in Woodstock.I arrived with an old engine, on an engine run stand, without the ignition keys. So there I was, 2 hours from home and unable to start this engine.The owner of the NAPA store found out about my plight, arranged for 1 of his employees to go to the store (closed on Sunday’s), bring a few different ignition switches to the show, and stayed until I had it installed, and the engine running.That, ladies and gentlemen, is customer service!”
