“David saved me this morning. What a cheerful voice from the lady who answered the call to lift my spirits after going in the ditch on the 122 late on a Sunday night. Within 30 mins a tow truck was there to pick me up and take me to my truck that he not only pried open to get my keys inside but winched it out of a precarious near-flipping point situation in deep snow that no one else who tried was able to get up the steep bank. He did it in moments with speed and precision, was courteous and kind and didn’t make me feel ashamed in any way for getting there, made sure I was on my way before he left and charged reasonably. Very grateful for his prompt service early in the morning.”

“Very positive experience here. Driving on the TransCanada I had a tire blow out near Hartland. While a towing company put the temporary spare on for me, I called OK Tire and they told me they could give me a proper tire for the remainder of my long trip. I drove to their shop slowly on the spare. When I got there I asked how their schedule looked for the day and told me they could fit me in almost right away. Thanks to them I was able to get home that evening. Recommended.”

“I called this business at about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon from about half hour away, travelling from Newfoundland back to Ontario. Our van had just started being noisy, and based on previous issues, I knew it was not a simple replacement part. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I brought it in, and within a half hour, they had welded up a crack on the cat converter pipe and added support as a temporary fix (no guarantees as to how long it would last). A permanent fix would have taken a lot longer, waiting for parts, and much more labour. The owner was EXTREMELY generous with us, knowing that we were travelling. He even said that he does not take appointments for late on Fridays, knowing that these kind of emergencies usually appear. This shop is very clean, well organized and professional. I highly recommend them, a true gem.”
