Not great experience with BMO ... Took me a week of calling to find out why my Interac transfer service was shut off in error by the way. And the clock is still ticking on getting it going again despite the fact I've done absolutely nothing to cause all this nightmare. Local branch staff is amazing but it's not up to them and it's well outside their purview frustrating beyond belief.After posting here and teaching out to both BMO and interac ombudsman - finally done sanity and intelligence was brought to the table and my issue was resolved. I upgraded to 3 stars and will add a review on a year to see if this sanity continues.

The worst bank ever! Never trust them, because they change rules which ever way suits them. They lie about bonus to trick you to open up account and never pay you that bonus. App doesn't work too. Worst service ever, i never seen such behavior anywhere i have been to, U.S. Canada, Germany...
