“Very helpful and kind. We were 9 hours from home with a camper tire blow out and another close to going. They were able to work us in and help us out. We replaced all 4 . Plus when we were about to leave they jump started our battery that was unexpectedly dead. They were quick and efficient.”
“What a fantastic group of service professionals. I went in there because I had a staple stuck in my tire that punctured it and I needed it repaired as it was leaking air and I was here camping. They took me in right away on a Saturday around 10:00 in the morning. Took the tire off put a radial patch in it and within 30 minutes was out the door all fixed up. Super friendly and I felt really at ease there not uncomfortable like they were doing me a favor by helping me more along the lines of they wanted to help me. You don't get service like that these days almost anywhere, anymore !!! This will be my new go-to spot for anything automotive anytime I am up here. I just can't say enough for the way I was treated and for their professional conduct. Super awesome! Would highly recommend !!!!”

“Huge shoutout to Jon who saved my old ’92 Harley just 30 minutes before closing time, making sure I could hit the road back home (5-hour ride ahead). He had the part on hand and the kind of rock-solid expertise you don’t see every day. Even picked up the phone when I was stranded on Highway 112. Jon stayed after hours just so I could roll out the same night. I’d recommend him 200%—real customer service like that is rare these days. Thanks again, brother!”
“The lawnmower threw up a rock and put a hole in one of our picture windows. Granite State came out for a free quote that was very reasonably priced and noted a 2-4 week timeframe for the glass to be ready for the repair. A few weeks later they called to ask if they could install that day and their team was there 45 minutes later, had everything replaced within 30 minutes. Someone looked at the replaced window and said the only way you could tell they were there was because the new glass was cleaner. They left the area spotless. Highly recommend if you need any residential glass repair!!”

I just went back to return the old battery and again two of them gave me great service helping me find some transmission fluid.
