“Rich is one of the most competent mechanics I have met in my 50 years of dealing with mechanics in the Mount Washington. we really have a very limited amount of mechanics with his capabilities. I have witnessed him personally pull out a huge engine from a pickup truck with no additional space for working on it while it was still in the vehicle, consequently it had to be lifted out and worked on and then in cased once again in the pickup. He has also fixed a limousine, for my transportation company. Yesterday I wasn't even sure what he was working on but I think it's a Zamboni. He has remarkable talents which I must say is quite the understatement”
