Beautiful building. Amenities are plentiful. Good insulation of sound in apartments. I was visiting grandkids.

I visited my family here and I was shocked at the prices they charge for such a bad location both inside and outside her apartment smells like water treatment plant.

Terrible, I do not recommend moving here unless you want to be called very other day about something new or not having things you need fixed. They were supposed to finish the building in September of 2023 and it was finished in July of 2023 instead. I’ve lived here for just under two years. One of the lady’s in the lease office was just so rude to me and would not help me out when needed. I have placed numerous work orders for Leaking ceilings, pieces of ceiling falling, mold and mildew smell in the bathroom (I was told it was “new pipes” everytime and gotten very sick from it. While being pregnant) broken microwave, broken garbage disposal, outlets that are not connected to anything (checked by an electrician) cracks and holes in the walls from when I first moved in, I was told to take pictures of and it will be fixed. Nothing was done. The cabinets are very loose and falling apart. They prioritize leasing problems over the tenants.

My granddaughter and her boyfriend moved into a one bedroom apartment in August 2024. They were disillusioned by the amenities and the idea of a place of their own. The first time I visited I was overwhelmed by the smell of sewer. The building sits on the river near the old sewer plant . The building is an old factory converted into apartments. My granddaughter has been sick since she moved into this building. She has had to see many specialists and is now going to Boston general hospital for testing due to mold and some sort of dust exposure. They attempted to get out of their lease and the management charged them $6,000 plus they had to stay and pay rent for 60 days. Thankfully their nightmare will be over soon and they will be back in a safe healthy environment. Management should not bother to respond to this as I have read your responses to the other comments and you don’t know the meaning of honesty . Any other tenants reading this who have experienced health issues after moving into these apartments are encouraged to seek legal representation. If you do choose to rent here GOOD LUCK, your going to need it!!!!!!

Lived there for a year, couldn’t wait to get out. This place is loud, it stinks, and is poorly put together. Never have I had so many plumbing, electric, and general structural issues. The building itself is poorly maintained and for me a regretful choice of residence. But that’s what I get for being one of the first to move in. Had no one to tell me it was going to be a disaster. Best of luck 🤞 You’re gonna need it

I visited 25 Canal street in Mid September. Felicity took me on a tour of the property and I was extremely impressed. The amenities are over-the-top, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I was able to see an apartment which made all the other pre-fab cookie cutter places I had seen pale in comparison. Felicity was professional, smart and very knowledgeable about the past, current and future of 25 Canal.
I am now waiting for an apartment to come up that fits my needs.

Absolutely beautiful apartments! Halle Jones was phenomenal. She answered any questions I had, went above and beyond with the tour and was a pleasure to speak with. Went through the whole process with me and gave all the information available. Thank you so much to her!! Get that girl a raise!

Back in August I decided I was going to move, again. Third home in 3 years since I moved back to NH. I had pretty much decided on a unit in Manchester and had gone to look at it. It was there that I learned about 25 Canal and decided to visit. Laura welcomed me and took me on a tour. I fell in love and have continued to enjoy 25 Canal thoroughly. Don’t think I will be moving again for some time to come.

For 2 years I’ve been searching for an apartment, in a safe place, away from the highways and noise, but close enough to everything you would need for shopping/eating out/healthcare and alike - that was clean, quiet, w/nice amenities and community feel, but w/space and privacy so you are not right on top of your neighbors that was also pet friendly and affordable - where I could see the trees and maybe the water - yes a huge wish list - and it wasn’t until I toured 25 Canal Street in Allenstown, NH that I felt a sense of total peace! It’s utopia here and a glorious renovated Mill building like no other. It’s also a fun place to live for “all ages” - w/a glorious roof deck/game & theatre room/community room/library/golf tee/in-hse secure mail & package pickup rooms/storage units if needed/in-unit washer & dryers/plenty of parking w/a very well lit lots/glorious hardwood floors, etc…not to mention the ENTIRE Brady Sullivan staff here are truly one of the most responsive, respectful and supportive management professionals I’ve worked with in a very long time!

Moved in August and the experience has been very pleasant so far. A couple issues inside our apartment but they were fixed in a timely matter. We enjoy the amenities, our neighbors are kind, and I always look forward to coming home.

The entire leasing team is extremely kind, dedicated and always available. Apartment complex is immaculate, and the freight elevator is a plus when moving in. Thanks to Christine, Laura, Vicky and Halle for all of the hard work!

Christine was so amazing for our tour! She helped us look at multiple units even though we just showed up without an appointment. She was helpful and kind. The day we went was crazy busy and Christine handled it with grace and giving every tenant and future tenant the time they deserve and need! Thanks Christine!
