Wolf Storage is AWESOME! The rental process was easy, clear and consise. Chris in the office is the best. Shortly after moving our belongings into the storage unit I noticed that there was water on several totes. I also saw a puddle on the floor. I called Chris and she said take pics. Meanwhile she said she would call the owner to advise him of the leak. She called me back within 5 min and calmly explained what the process would be in getting the leak fixed. There was Nothing for us to do. They fixed the minor inconvenience of the leak by giving us a credit after I told them there was zero damage. All in all this has been very convenient and cost effective for us. It is rare to find such a customer oriented business. Thanks again. Les and Nancy Haskell

Found the place clean and the people friendly. we had to call after hours and they returned Our call within thirty minutes. We would recommend wolf storage.

So far since Allenstown self storage was purchased by Wolf, it hasn't been smooth. New ownership is only there 4 hours a day apparently, (I need to buy storage companies) there was no notification of a switch besides a quick voicemail in July including a new online payment method which requires a new login but theres no place to click create new account. I've been trying to pay my July invoice but they locked me out saying I owe $212 and will only accept $150 because of late payments. I'll keep you posted. Before Wolf 5 stars no issues.Ownership got back to me and fixed all my concerns. Thank you Brendan!Back down to one star! Just got the confirmation and their payment system took 20$ in fees when he said he fixed it. Sorry this guy doesn't measure work by using phone email! And we all don't go to our storage units often. The last owner also sent certified mail! Never received mail from you. Only from the previous owner.

Great secure storage with reasonable hours. Good lighting and clean up in the winter.
