“Fair price, unparalleled service! My car broke down on a Thursday night after hours & I had it towed to the shop. The place was completely unknown to me, it just happened to be close to where we were vacationing for the week. Caught in a tight spot, I had no idea how fortunate I would be to bring my car to Alton Auto Alignment.
Within an hour of opening the next morning Dave called me with a full diagnosis (bad alternator). He anlso apologized because he was too booked up to assist me that day & the shop was closed on weekends. Being on vacation from MA & needing to head home the following day, he provided me with recommendations for other garages nearby who would likely be able to assist me in the very abbreviated time frame.
Before I could even reach the second recommended garage by phone, Dave called me back to say he had moved things around & would take care of me that day. The new alternator was in & the car good to by 4pm that afternoon. Dave & his team truly saved the day & the end of our family vacation!
On top of that, while he was wrenching on the car he also noted some things I need to follow up with at my home garage. Truly a gentleman & a professional through & through. Were I not located many hours from the shop, I’d bring my vehicles here for everything they need. Thanks again Dave!!”
