“I usually don't post or rate anything to start of with. (But) I live close to Alton.My 11 month old cocker spaniel needed to get spayed. From start to finish the people who worked there were very nice. Some of their policies I'm not a big fan of but business is business. ( I'm bored of typing,this is why I don't post) . I will keep going there until they give me a reason not to. There was an employee that stood out and I want to thank her for having an outstanding, positive attitude. THANK YOU Saltine.”

“My old Veterinary place could not fit my dog in for euthanasia although I was a customer for 9 yrs but Cocheco did and they were awesome. I was a Veterinary technician for 20 yrs and we never refused a pt. Family for such a request when it was absolutely necessary for this to be done so the animal would not suffer. I am now a customer with Cocheco because of their expertise & compassion. They fit us in and even stayed late on a Saturday. I absolutely recommend them not only from a professional point of view but also from a customer/ pet owners point of view.”
