“My 6 year old had her ears pierced last week here and it was the best experience ever! She was super nervous (and cried a little during the actual piercing) but Kenzie and Steph did an AMAZING job! Things have also changed since I got my ears pierced and they pierce both ears at the SAME TIME-genius ? We may have only left with one ear pierced otherwise, lol. They made my little one feel so special, they helped take pictures and even helped me with my own ear piercing questions. My little girl was in heaven and can't wait to go back to pick out her free pair of earrings each month ❤️”

“I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!”

“This factory outlet is fairly large. They had a lot of stock when I was there. The service was really good, the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also match the price that was listed online at their website, since the price at the store was a little more expensive.”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
