I am astonished and completely baffled. They are charging outrageous prices on clothing but more so on shoes. I could not believe what they were asking price wise for shoes. I was better off going to the retail stores and buying brand new. They should not be allowed to sell used shoes for the prices they are asking. Just completely sad!!!!!!

I have donated many items and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have also purchased many items and found the staff in the store friendly and helpful. I love that they give military discount!

Who would've thought that a donation type of place such as this would deny items that are in good condition because of small wear on items. You are getting items DONATED for FREE not to mention the upcharge after they sell it back...smh avoid this business altogether. Staff working the donation drop-off are also rude and follow their policy a little too hard and can't be bothered to help people with heavy items.

A greedy shell of its former self. With the prices Goodwill charges for their merchandise that they receive FOR FREE from donations - it is now cheaper to shop at Walmart and buy new products. They use the excuse of their profits “supporting their community” but stores like this are meant to provide a cheaper alternative for shoppers with lower incomes in addition to using the profits for good - but that is lost now that they send away most of the valuable donations they receive to their online auction store and overprice the remaining garbage at their physical location.

What a shame. I've been shopping at Goodwill a long time. It used to be a great way to save money and provide for our family on a tight budget but now the prices are higher and the quality is lower. Wish I could post pictures of filthy toddler clothes priced at $8 or more that I took today! We went to 4 Goodwills on our trip North, really all Goodwill's are just high priced junk now. I was told by an employee "we just ship it right to our By the Pound outlets, we don't have enough employees to bother" . Awful!

Broad selection of home goods and clothes, vintage and new items of every kind. Friendly staff with special savings on different days of each week. Clothing, shoes, lamps, toys, Bennie Baby's, VHS, DVD's, office supplies, some furniture, garden supplies, seasonal items, Halloween, fall, Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas. Some furniture and a special section for antiques. Many $2 and $3 items. Accessible parking right near the entrance with some uneven pavement. Reduced hours during the summer. Goods turn over quickly so visit often.

Went to make a donation of. 3x4 framed mirror in great condition. The workers looked at it and told me it was “too big” for them. Went in the store and there were plenty of frames and furniture the same size or larger. They clearly just didn’t want to deal with it

Overpriced, but not surprising Goodwill has a board of highly paid directors. Some customers are aggressive and rude. Corey’s Closet in Hooksett is so much better, far cheaper, and is not a typical greedy corporate like Goodwill.
