We’re in the process of working with Angela on getting new homeowners and auto insurance. I reached out via their website and heard from Angela right away. Angela has been a breath or fresh air. We were having a horrible time with our prior agent and having some big issues. Angela stepped in seamlessly and provided us with a great option. I’m really happy I found HPM! Years ago HPM purchased a bunch of local insurance companies. We did business with several of those companies prior to HPM taking over and they inherited many of our insurance policies. Over the years, HPM lost every one of those policies with us due to poor service and other issues. Health insurance, auto insurance, and property insurance all have been moved to providers other than HPM, little by little, until HPM no longer has any of our business. After each customer service issue, we gave HPM a chance at keeping other unrelated policies but it never worked out. Recently we tried getting a quote from HPM to give them another chance, but after wasting enough time going back and forth and getting nowhere with them we gave up and used another provider. We won't be wasting time quoting with HPM in the future. There are simply too many insurance companies around to have to put up with sub-par service.

HPM has always been able to find good insurance at a fair price. Their staff are very responsive to requests and get them turned around very quickly. We've been a customer for both our personal and business lines for several years and have no plans to look elsewhere.

When needing some new insurance in a short amount of time, Suzanne came though for us. And she was able to get us the same coverage for our home and auto for the same price. In addition when the next year review came up, she let us know of another company that had great coverage and saved us about $600. Suzanne is always pleasant and I would recommend her to anyone.
