Walk ins welcome at a great auto mechanic shop. This in itself is a rare service these days.
Good shop, good people, Groupon welcomed,
A few things can always change at any place.
If they could provide coffee for a price, a small keurig maybe, even the library in tyngsborough has it.

These guys are awesome!!! Dropped off my car Monday morning 3/17 without an appointment for an emergency tire repair. Guys took it in, took care of the issue and said it was quick and easy enough that they covered the cost!! Much appreciated service! I WILL be back! Thank you!!!

I had called to see if they could help me with my heat shield that started to rattle pretty bad and they were able to get me in day of. I dropped my car off for the mechanic to check out and they were kind enough not to charge me, considering it only took 5 minutes or less to tighten up. This was a very nice gesture and I appreciated the kindness.

Gotta give a big huge shout out for the guys working here for bailing us out of an emergency.
We were driving from Boston to New Hampshire for a whippet 🐶 meet up when suddenly our check engine light started flashing and our Honda civic began to shake so we pulled over the side of the road. The car smelled horrible and started to panic.
It was scary moment. It was a Sunday meaning most auto shops were closed and we were in an unfamiliar area 50 miles from home with a puppy in the backseat. Unsure what to do next, we saw that Monroe was open so we carefully drove over.
Not only did they have someone look at the car right away, but they were able to order and have the part delivered in just a few hours. After swapping out the spark plugs and coils our car was driving good as new and we were able to drive home that afternoon.
If that isn’t service, I don’t know what is.
Thank you to the 2 gentlemen working that day. You truly saved us!!

I called and made an appointment for 130. Showed up 15 minutes early and was then told I wouldn't be able to get in until 230. I was a little annoyed but figured id wait. While waiting I watched one guy struggle with a ball joint while the other employee just basically watched. After an hour of watching the one guy struggle and the other employee not doing anything. I knew they wouldn't get me in at 230. Their shop is not the cleanest, their waiting room was dirty with food left out. I ended up going to the Merrimack location who got me in right awaym
