Very bad experience🤨 I just got my nails done for the first time, and I’m really unhappy with the results. I asked for French tip square nails, but the shape is uneven, the surface is bumpy, and my cuticles look rough. I paid $ 72, I expected a smoother and cleaner finish.

EXTREMELY RUDE NAIL TECH
I had been coming to this salon monthly for the last 7 months after getting engaged and had great service with Michael, however, when coming here today for my wedding nails Adam did my mani/pedi. The entire time he was very rude and treated me like I was inconveniencing him.
During the service he asked if I was 21 to which I said yes, I am 31 and he responded with saying I’m an old bride and I should have kids soon (or else I won’t be able to) and if I don’t I am selfish. This wasn’t a joke either and he asked if I wasn’t going to have kids why would I get married. I never said I wasn’t going to, but it’s really none of his business. Extremely unprofessional. I’m appalled and won’t be coming back. I’m disappointed because I finally thought I had found my go-to nail salon and was insulted.
I just wanted to relax and celebrate my upcoming wedding and instead had a terrible experience, along with a $250 price tag for my maid of honor and I to each get mani/pedis. He did remove my old dip from my nails but charged $30 on top for a “manicure” to soak my nails in hot water for 3 min and clip back my cuticles— something I normally do at home before but ran out of time due to all the pre-wedding errands.
The woman who did my MOH’s nails was sweet but did not confront the nail tech who was treating me badly and the end product of my MOHs nails was wavy, unevenly applied French dip (see photo).
Update: I called the salon and spoke with the owner. She said there was nothing she could do to control what employees say to customers and if my nails were damaged then I could come in to get them fixed. I reiterated the terrible treatment during my service and that I wouldn’t be coming back.

The massage chairs during the pedicure are a dream. It’s like a mini-vacation every time I visit. They really know how to treat their customers. So relaxing and worth it.

Precious nails is very clean, and there is now no odor in the air of polish and polish remover. the atmosphere is comfortable and the space is beautifully decorated. The final product is always good, however one thing they need to work on is treatment of customers. I feel rushed, especially when the technician finds out that I don't want more than the basics. Not really convinced that the help is concerned about the clients.

I got my first dip powder manicure. It has lasted 2 weeks and still perfect! If not for my nails growing, I would not need to go today!

The best place to get your nails done in Nashua. Lina is the best and pays so much attention to detail and doesn’t rush, I always tip a little extra here for anyone though because they do such a better job than anywhere else, they ask multiple times throughout if you like the color and shape so it’s not awkward if you have to ask for something different. I always leave happy with long lasting nails that dont look tacky
