Your phlebotomist in Amherst, NH is the only person to easily draw on my daughter, the first time, and with no problems! No matter the hospital or other labs my daughter sometimes gets 3-4, pokes, often unsuccessfully. We love her!

The Phlebotomist is the gentlest I've ever experienced. She's AMAZING!! If you are a blood draw chicken - she's your girl. Best ever!! Quick in and out. But make sure you make an appt online before going, and sign in at the computer- when you arrive. Also have the license handy as an ID.

Since it was a fasting blood work that was ordered I tried to make an appointment however there were supposedly none available. I arrived promptly when they opened, there was no one in the waiting room. I asked the one staff member who was there if I would be able to be seen, she said she had no openings until 8 am even though the place was empty she rudely said she had appointments every 10 minutes so I would have to wait. I hesitantly signed in because quite frankly I didn’t know what else to do since I had my dog with me in the car, I figured I would have to go outside with him however no sooner that I signed in she called my name and seemed surprise it was me. Her demeanor towards me was like I was bothering her. You should really train your staff to accept an easy walk in. As a retired RN when I asked if she could squeeze me in, if it were me I would have looked around the empty room and laughed and said let me see what I can do but that’s me.

This may have been my first time to get my blood work done at Quest Diagnostics, but it certainly won't be my last! It was easy to make an appointment online. The sign in process was simple and straightforward! I think my wait time was a total of about 30 seconds! The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! That's a win in my book!

I have had it with this location! I went in this morning for a simple blood test,no one else was waiting. System and phlebotomy person tells me I have to wait 2 1/2 hours. Their appointment system is ridiculous. My luck is come back and they would not have the orders again! Even Dr office says they constantly don’t get them either network or faxed. Who has time for all this Drama from Quest. NOT!

Phlebotomist was immediately rude as soon as she stepped into the lobby. No greeting, just told me to come back in four hours, since she had to "catchup on her work." I get it if you're busy with scheduled appointments, but I was clearly the only one there and it would have taken less than 10 minutes for a blood draw. Don't have an attitude with people who walk-in when you work somewhere that accepts walk-ins.

Went in today for the first time to have labs drawn. The man who drew my blood was extremely patient and kind. There were many people waiting, but appointments were full and he nicely told them he might not be able to get to them all as there are appointments currently scheduled every 10 minutes. He hasn’t even had a lunch yet, people bringing in multiple orders other than what they anticipated having done and making an appointment for. This man truly cares about his job. Quest, you honestly should have someone doing the billing and scanning of orders separately and patients shouldn’t be allowed to take in multiple orders if they only made an appointment for one. It’s not fair for the phlebotomist or the people waiting with an appointment. Another recommendation would be to extend the appointment times to 20 minutes. My overall experience could have went left if this man wasn’t the one there, he truly is an asset to your company.

7/2/23 after fasting all night and morning arrived at 11:03 as I was trying not to be sick in the car or outside, I was so nauseous. I’ve been pretty sick hence the blood work needed. Arrived took a couple minutes to scan my stuff at the kiosk then sat. No one but me waiting, then 3 ladies came in to register. Nurse came out and ask for me then said I wait I need to take 11:10 person, mind u they were 3rd in the kiosk line not even registered yet and it was still 11:07, I asked why and she brought me into the office and said you were late and preceded to show me the other folks on a computer? So she took the 3rd woman in line for her 11:10 prior to me and then proceeded to take 11:20 at this point I was going to be sick everywhere. For the time she had to tell me why I couldn’t go and show me on a computer we could have just got the blood work done. I went to walk out after she called the 11:20 and she was like oh need some water? Crazy that compassion is completely gone even the customers were trying to get her to just take me but she was awful . I understand a schedule but when someone is sick as a dog wouldn’t u try and help out as a health facility. Drove home and ate and felt horrible all day. There is no way that they don’t get thrown off a few minutes a day and throughout a day just horrible service. Hence the other 2.5 star reviews seems generous for this location. I wish she just had said I’m not going to take you, rather than screw me around while I was feeling so sick. I’ve been to other locations without issue first time at Amherst and would never go back.

Great service.
