I see Heidi at Salon Apex and I absolutely adore her. I've been seeing her for a few years to cut and color my hair and I know I am in very knowledgeable and capable hands. She is always excited to try fun new techniques and makes you feel like you're at home during the service. The salon has very strict COVID procedures in line and follow them to a T during all services which made me feel very comfortable.

Karen Burns is an amazing stylist. She is more than that, though. Karen takes a personal interest in you and once you are a client, you are a client for life. She works with you to get the results you want, even if it's not able to be completed during a one time appointment. I have never left there disappointed with any cut or color. I highly suggest you visit her, especially if you are looking for someone new - she's your girl!

If I could give it zero stars I would... I felt rushed when I was there and felt that my opinions didn't matter. I would not recommend to a friend I would however recommend Anjoli salon which is right down the street, I felt welcomed there. End of story, salon apex needs to get there act together, they only care about growing the business...
