Representative would not ship my items because he said that USPS could not confirm I lived there. After speaking with them on the phone and confirming all information there is "nothing they can do". More like they don't care to do anything and they don't want your business. Be aware and stay far away from this place

to the person that gave a 1 star rating, they say you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. My experience was 6 stars. I placed an order, before i realized they were a short drive from my home. I called and they pulled my order so I could get instant gratification and get my Victorinox cyber tool back to its great working self. Toothpicks, and pens, and screw bits, oh my! Bravo

Terrible customer service. First, their website doesn't tell you if something is out of stock. You get an email telling you that. But they don't charge you until the items are shipped. When I finally received my order, two items weren't as pictured, so I contacted them about a return. They didn't answer my email. But they did pick up their phone when I called, thankfully. I was told that I would get a return shipping label either emailed or mailed to me. The representative wasn't sure which. A week has gone by. Now I have to call them again.

How awesome is this place? I found my favorite Swiss army knife which was missing a toothpick three driver bits and a pen. I ordered them on a friday. and looking more into them, I realize they're only about a 45 minute drive for me. I called, and lo and behold, I could go right up and get the parts.

I had a good experience ordering an engraved knife as a gift through Swiss Knife Shop. I ordered a couple weeks before I needed the engraved knife and selected expedited shipping because I really needed to have it in time for a trip. The knife arrived earlier than promised, but the engraving had dark marks on some of the letters and it looked sloppy. I contacted them, and they immediately shipped a replacement knife. The new knife came via 2-day shipping. It looks fantastic, and I will be able to give the gift on the trip where it is sure to be a hit with the 10 year old getting his first swiss army knife. Even though we had this problem, since the shipping was faster than promised both times I ended up receiving the knife on the original timeline. Since the problem was resolved immediately and without hassle, I am rating the experience as 5 stars.

LIARS, CHEATS AND SCAM ARTISTS. Ordered an in stock Leatherman from Amazon 12/26/19, didnt pay attention and failed to notice it was from a third party dealer, Swiss Knife Shop, m they took my money instantly and "shipped" it 5 days later, the tracking number showed it had hit my city distributor but the next day it showed that it hadn't even left their shipping dept. When it hadn't shown up a week later I contacted them, asking for a refund, they told me I have to first send back the item, at my expense, in order to be issued a refund. If I had the knife to ship back, I wouldnt be asking for a refund. So now I'm out $160 dollars until Amazon gets off its butt and sorts the whole debacle.

Just got off the phone with Customer Service Representative, Tracy she was amazingly understanding and supportive, I would give 10 starts of it was possible due to such people in Company she was so professional and helpful.
