“Sal provided such an outstanding experience at GameStop. I ordered online for pickup and was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was clean, well organized, and truly a dream for both kids and adults. When I shared why I was there, Sal and his colleague immediately stopped what they were doing, grabbed my order, and checked me out quickly.

I mentioned that my 7 year old son is obsessed with Pokémon cards, which Sal instantly related to. After patiently listening to me explain and ask questions as a very clueless mom about what my son likes, he took the time to tell me about the upcoming Pokémon Ascent Heroes box being released on Feb 20 and the benefits of preordering it. I ended up preordering without hesitation.

What really stood out was Sal’s thoughtfulness and genuine kindness. When I asked about the XL large Pokémon cards, he confirmed they were real and then briefly disappeared into the back. He returned with two large cards for my son and one for my daughter. I was so surprised and offered to pay, but he insisted I take them free of charge. The fact that he remembered I had a daughter and made sure she was included meant so much.

Sal is a rare find, and GameStop is lucky to have him. He truly went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, and because of him, GameStop has gained a loyal customer who will absolutely be sharing this wonderfully positive experience!”
