Absolutely excellent bread. Perfect gluten development, moisture content and rise time for a delightfully chewy and substantial loaf. Great flavor, spot on salt. Among the very best breads I've eaten anywhere. So glad to have Flag Leaf right here in NH! Good pretzels, too.

People line up for the cruffins, but for me, it is just the simple good bread that stands out. A+

The best pastries and sour dough breads in the region. Their pull apart pecan rolls are simply excellent. Get there early. The wait in line is definitely worth it.

We waited in line for 30 minutes before opening and were rewarded with a fantastic treat. We got many things but the Elote danish reined supreme. They clearly know what they are doing!

The bread is really good! Crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside! The perfect sourdough loaf! Good bread is hard to find these days!!

The baked goods are delicious and the owners, Mel and John, are warm and helpful. The atmosphere is friendly. I can't stress enough how great Mel and John are, as are their parents who help out Saturdays and Sundays. The tarts, bialys, cruffins, breads and croissants, among others, are divine - which explains the line stretching out front each Saturday and Sunday!

This is possibly the best quality bakery in the state. I try to visit once a month. You will likely stand in line if you arrive between 9-10, but it's worth it. Breads, pastries, pretzels, tarts... Whatever you get it will likely be the best you've ever had.

I was referred here by a business across the street. Visited last Friday and purchased the buckwheat porridge bread, a loaf of focaccia and a couple each of the bialy's, cruffins, and croissants. While not a fan of buckwheat anything, this bread is delicious and cooked perfectly as were the croissants and as an avid and past professional baker, this bakery is simply top-notch and as far as I've had, the best in the state. There are a couple of inside tables to sit and enjoy as they serve coffee as well. We are so fortunate to have found you - Flagleaf is worth the trip from any distance.

One of the best (if not THE best) bakery in NH. The line out the door every time they are open is a testament to truly how elite they are. We always get a cruffin because it’s a true sweet treat. Their ham and Swiss croissant is flaky, sweet and savory. Perfect every time. We also just got one of their tarts and WOW was it one of the best things we’ve ever eaten. How lucky is the town of Antrim to have this treasure of a spot. I’d love to keep it a secret but everyone deserves to have a little bit of Flag Leaf in their life. They are worth any drive, walk, or wait.

The absolute best pumpkin pie I have ever had! Far superior to Saxy Chef's too! The crust was utter perfection and the pie filling had a lovely light mouse-like texture without being too dense. I hope they make these pies for the holidays forever!
