They handle EVERYTHING, dealing with insurance companies, rental companies, and their repair work is meticulous. We were kept informed every step of the way, never any surprises. “While I can’t post about the quality of the repairs at Ray’s, I can post about their integrity. My car stopped working on 495, about three hours from home, and was towed to the shop. Steve worked with me to understand the issue, tried to source parts, and gave me solid advice as to whether or not it was worth fixing my car. It would have been a pretty expensive job ($5500 for parts alone), and rather than taking my money, he said I was better off to not put more money into it. Not only that, but he allowed me to leave the vehicle at his shop for ten days until I was able to have it towed back to my house. If I lived closer, this would be my auto shop. Thanks again, Steve.”

I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

“Not from the area, and I found these guys via Google and decided to take my truck that had been in a small fender bender. These guys were very professional and dealt with the insurance and all that nonsense for me. I travel extensively for work, so I was able to leave my truck there for some time and I was glad their busy lot could accommodate my needs.
When I got my truck back, there were some very incredibly minor issues that warranted rework/touching up. When I brought my truck to them with this, they didn't argue and were immediately willing to fix their mistake. They could've easily argued or pushed back, but instead they did the right thing and made everything right.
Finding an autoshop that has integrity isn't common these days. I gambled on these guys based on their reviews, but they certainly seemed to have earned them. These are good people and should get your business.
For reference, I first attempted to take my truck to the local Chevy dealer, 3 phone calls, and VMs. 3 times ignored. This team gave me text updates due to me being in meetings and always answered their phone.”
