“I am a Vietnam disabled vet. It is difficult for me to leave my truck and carry my mail. Every time I get there I call them and they come to my truck with my mail. Terrific people. One time they called me and told me I had a package the was overnighter from the VA at there facility. It was my insulin. Great work.”

“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”
“I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.”
“This place has it all, it is A convenience store , bakery shop, a post office and a dunk in donuts. The service is great , the place is nice and clean at all times of the day, with plenty of parking.”

“Hey a shout out to Nancy working behind the counter today! Give this one a raise! Nancy is very knowledgeable and one of the best at her job! Dumbo me dropped off a UPS package at the counter and she immediately called my cell that luckily was on my return address to alert me of this mistake. Raced back to the PO for pickup and delivery to the UPS office. Thank You Nancy for going above and beyond the Call Of Duty!!!!!!”
