“I originally left a negative review after several frustrating experiences with the print department at this location. After speaking with the new General Manager, Nic, I wanted to update my review and give credit where credit is due.
I have been a Staples customer for many years and have historically had very positive experiences with the print team. In May 2022, the team introduced me to the digital print service by encouraging me to email my projects to the store. Over the years, employees have helped me improve projects, suggested alternatives when I was pressed for time, and even introduced me to Canva. I have always appreciated that level of service.
My recent experiences were very different. I recognize that I sometimes have last-minute printing needs, and I don’t expect the store to accommodate every request immediately. My frustration was with repeated situations where I felt there was little effort to find an alternative or explain what options were available.
After my most recent experience, I ultimately cancelled my order and went to FedEx when they opened at noon on Sunday. Shawna was working by herself with approximately six customers and still went out of her way to help me find a more economical solution. She even cut my project in half for me. That experience really demonstrated how much of a difference a solution-oriented approach can make.
However, I want to give Staples management credit for how they handled my feedback. Nic personally called me, listened to my concerns, apologized for my experiences, asked me to provide the details so he could look further into the situation, and invited me to give Staples another opportunity.
That response made a difference. I appreciate a manager who is willing to listen rather than dismiss a customer’s concerns.
I’m updating this review because I believe businesses should be held accountable when things go wrong, but they should also receive recognition when management makes a genuine effort to address the issue.”

“Was in your store today after two days of trying to return my package to a company. I had no idea what was going on and the girl LEA behind the counter was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. He customers service skills were the best I have ever seen and she got my package returned. When I thanked her and told her how awesome she was a woman behind me spoke up and said isn’t she so helpful and nice and I could not agree more. “Elvis was our delivery driver for our furniture delivery via Estes. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helped us immensely with our heavy furniture item that had to brought down a steep driveway and through a narrow hallway in our home. I received multiple texts and calls to let me know he was on his way, and the delivery was prompt and perfect. We HIGHLY recommend Elvis and Estes!”

The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

“Nicest post office workers around! If I need something they’ve got it. I needed a first time passport application and the wonderful lady walked me thru what I needed to do and what to bring step by step and wrote it all down for me. I genuinely would rather drive out of my way to go to this post office than the one in my town!”
“This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!”

“The people here get 5 stars, BUT the passport service you pay for online gets ZERO STARS. I paid over $200 for an expedited passport servicr and it did LITERALLY NOTHING. You still have to pay for the expedited passport at the post office, hell, it doesn't even include the cost of the pictures. You are paying $200 and all you get is a typed version of the form you can get for free. Absolutely a scam.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

“I loved how the staff today were very supportive of me as this was my first time shipping and I’m very grateful that they made sure my package doesn’t get stolen.
