If I could rate this place a 0 star I 100% would the lady that took my order in the drive through was extremely rude and ignorant just kept saying yup with a whole attitude and when I asked for a receipt she totally ignored me and walked away unfortunately I couldn’t go in because the lobby was locked and closed I understand being short staff but to be so rude for no reason when I’m always kind is completely unacceptable I will definitely not be returning!

Morning drive through is extremely slow, many reviews going back months saying this but clearly the manager of the store has no intentions of fixing it. Go to another location.

The staff needs to pay attention to the inside counter, it seems that only one of six employees are allowed to service walk-in customers because the rest of them just ignore you.

This by far is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts to go to. The employees all must truly regret their life decisions by working at this location. They are all extremely rude. Have absolutely zero sense of customer service. This Dunkin Donuts is hardly ever open at the correct times. Half the items on the menu are never available. I understand times can still be tough and everyone is short staffed, but if the location is that short staffed. Close the location completely for good or until fully staffed installed of having the location perform so poorly. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. You a better off going to a different location.

This location often does not open on time and instead of informing customers, they let people sit in a drive-through line until they realize and leave. I find this to be an extremely unprofessional way to go about not opening. I understand if they are understaffed, but they should at least let customers know when they show up during open hours that they will not be able to serve them.

This is the worst dunkin I've ever even too. The are closed more often than not even when the hours listed on the front doors say they should be open. I've tried to go twice in the past 2 weeks between 630-7 and the doors are locked and the drive through is not open. Very

I've been here several times and I've had the same negative experience. I do my best to just order ahead and pick up my food to avoid having what an inconvenience my order is expressed to me. Make sure not to pick up order ahead items through the drive thru because the employees get extremely angry. Some customer service training would be a great benefit to this store.

Great food and great coffee. Love the people and friendly staff that help your every needs. Definatly my everyday , every morning breakfast for on the go for work. Defiantly recommend it to every and anyone .

Did you know Auburn has a Time Machine? It’s located at this Dunkin’s! When you arrive it may be 8am… but as you leave, you’ll notice it’s 4pm. So if you want to be late or miss everything, come to this Dunkin’s location and experience the slowest drive through around. Oh, and that one rude lady… you’ll know what I mean if you get the “privilege” of talking to her.

Despite nobody being at the drive through, I sat at the speaker for minutes until someone noticed I was there.At that point, they insisted they had no mobile orders - despite me having proof that their location charged me for my order in my app.Rather than just fulfill the order they said they didn't receive, they just played d*** until I asked for my money back. I was then told to hold. After a minute, someone else came on and asked me what I ordered, then told me to come on up and get it.Not only was the order I was given wrong (I ordered the chorizo wrap, and I was given the roast chicken wrap), it was almost frozen in the middle.This will be the last time I go to this location. This wasn't the first time I sat here for too long waiting for someone to come on the speaker, but it was the worst time.

I ordered before I left for work and they wouldn't give me my order unless I went through the drive thru (which was at least 10 cars long). When asked why, the employee said they would ask the manager and then the asked employee disappeared and no manager showed.
