“We walked in not knowing what to expect or where to begin and Lilly De La Cruz was extremely helpful. She was able to show us exactly what we wanted and put it together quickly. We would easily go to her for other projects.”
“I recently purchased a beautiful couch from Maria’s Vault and my shopping experience was great. I highly recommend this store as there are treasures to be found at reasonable prices!”
“Wow! We had a complete kitchen remodel done by Nick and his crew! We were both in the construction industry so we thought we would be in trouble times! Less then thirty days we had a brand new kitchen and they let’s us know in advance if there was a delay...it only happened once! The price was exceptional!!!!”
“From estimate to completion our bath remodel went smoothly. Randy came and reviewed our job, discussed materials and options and finalized the estimate. Austin and Isaac came and did the work on time as scheduled. They worked steadily and carefully, respected our property. We are pleased with our new bathroom.”
“We hired Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to update an outdated kitchen. Our designer, Louise, was fantastic! She was very patient and skillfully guided us through several challenging decision points. Project manager Jeff kept us informed throughout the construction process and made sure the project stayed on schedule. Communication with the design, construction and accounting departments was outstanding. The finished product is beautiful and gives us more storage space in the same footprint as our original kitchen.”

“Interesting, think Marshalls and home goods had a baby. That baby turned out to be bigger then the rest of the family. It was ok, prices weren't anything to rave about, seems like they're gunning for their share of the home improvement market.”
“I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed.
I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.”
“Great experience everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We needed to change the lay out of our kitchen remodel everyone which was stressful after some cabinets had already been ordered. They gave us no issue and were very helpful in fixing it.”

“My wife and i worked with Drew Livengood and worked out the particulars re: a walkin shower. Joe showed up by himself and installed everything in 7 hrs. The project went very smoothly and without a hitch. Joe was very polite, very organized, explained everything about the project. Workmanship and the quality of the material is top notch. Bathfitters should be very proud to have Joe as a representative. Extremely happy with our shower. Thank you so much.”
