Terrible customer service. Your cashier with yellow hair was rude for no reason. When I told her there may an issue with the pump, I had forgotten the pump number and she gave complete attitude. I tried to describe which pump, again met with attitude. For something that was not that big of a deal!! Look out the window it’s the only car there. Honestly I was just trying to let her know there might be an issue, I even said I wasn’t sure and it could’ve just been me. I’m just baffled. I tried to help them out in case there was an issue and she was so downright rude I walked out.

Positive experience. Bathroom was in good condition, even though the checklist that was filled out, was also two days old. The next week, it was up to date.The associate who handled my son's transaction, which I paid for, was friendly and courteous. Inside was clean and organized.Irving, RedBOX, air pump and an ice vending machine are available.

With the exception of one woman that works here the rest are rude and are annoyed by customers. Worth the drive to the next place at the circle.

While at Circle K yesterday morning (11/21/2020), I watched an Associate go out of her way to help an older customer. The customer had asked her for quarters for the air machine because it was not taking the customers card. The Associate exchanged the customers cash for quarters and even went outside to help the customer with the air machine. The associate also went above and beyond by bringing out a spray bottle and checking the customers tire for a leak. In all my years of going to different gas stations and convenient stores, I have never seen customer service like this. Keep up the great work Barrington.

My Husband went to Circle-K today to play the lottery. He's a 61 yrs old retired black man and has been going there for over 10 yrs.. Never once has he been asked for ID. Today a woman clerk asked him for ID. When he asked her why, she said that they ask everyone for ID and that's the policy. I've also been in this Circle-K and never have I seen a store clerk ask for ID for lottery sales for people that were white..If, in fact, it's your policy to ask for ID for lottery sales, then it must be done for all customers...not just for the black ones. No matter how they look!, Whether 8-80 yrs old. This happened on 08/20/2020 @ approx 9:15 am

Living down the road we always have used this gas station and man has it gone down hill in the past 6 months. Every time we go in the line is 10 people deep. I do NOT have time for that. It seems like they only have 1 person working the counter at all times. I'm Sick to death of walking in to turn around and just walk back out. I will no longer be doing business with this store. I will gladly drive the extra mile to the next store. Waste of time. Time=money=stability.Also check the milk dates Ive gotten several past due for sale. I know I should have looked so I will take my part of the responsibility for this but ..dont know that I should have to honestly. (Look that is)
