PETRONA was very helpful! This location has no sign up at the entry to remind people to put the * BEFORE the code!! But signs at the exit which are also helpful but please help us out and make sure there is a sign at the entry also.

She did a great job. It was a few minutes after her. She had five minutes to spare and we were on our way to the gate and she got us in and out and taking care of very well. Her name is Richard and it is 717 on a Thursday night and we were cutting it close cause she was supposed to leave at eight her time and she did a wonderful job and she delivered great customer service we give her a 10*times 10×10

Kim in customer service was 100% on task when she helped me get my unit all set for autopay,insurance and reset password. She was easy to understand and knew her stuff.
