She did a great job. It was a few minutes after her. She had five minutes to spare and we were on our way to the gate and she got us in and out and taking care of very well. Her name is Richard and it is 717 on a Thursday night and we were cutting it close cause she was supposed to leave at eight her time and she did a wonderful job and she delivered great customer service we give her a 10*times 10×10

Kim in customer service was 100% on task when she helped me get my unit all set for autopay,insurance and reset password. She was easy to understand and knew her stuff.

Shoyan was very helpful with what I needed and very polite and friendly. The facility is a sham and joke but shoyan was great if I could give him 5stars I would but this company is horrible. they are the worst and I would recommend staying as far away as you can

It was 603 storage when we had our first unit. It became SapreBox, I dont know if it was sold or just renamed . Prices did go up but so does everything. My over all experience was good. Something changed with the insurance for SapreBox. I don't sure know if it was included in the rent price or not but, it would be worth looking into if you plan on renting.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I just want to store my stuff and not worry about it. My account has been set up for auto pay from the beginning, yet every month I get a notice saying I owe late fees. It requires at least 2 phone calls a month with a minimum of 15 minutes on the phone each time. In the end they tell me it is an issue on their end. Same story every month. I have to deal with the calls, then go remove the lock they put on the unit which requires me to go there monthly. Once your stuff is moved in, they have you unless you want to move everything again. I always ask for a supervisor and none are ever available. Terrible management. I willnever rent from Sparebox again.
