“I can't even begin to say what an amazing experience it was having my camper moved by Micah. He is passionate about his job, so polite and professional. He made the entire process seem so easy. I would definitely recommend PIAT to anyone that needs their camper moved. The prices are more than reasonable and working with a local company is the way to go.”

“I was helped by Jason, who was very professional and quick. It was clear to me that he is very good at his job and enjoys the work. I rode with him to the garage and was happy with the towing service all the way around.”

“A rodent had decided to nest in my engine and chew a gas line. I called Kruczek’s for a tow and repair. They were prompt, friendly, helpful and charged fairly. They’ve earned my business. Thanks especially to Bob, Todd & Nicole.”

“I took a vehicle to them that had showed multiple problems. They started with the least expensive repair and solved the problem. They could have told me they found the most expensive problem and charged me for that. You don't find that type of honesty in very many places. I highly recommend.”

“One of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Alan immediately told me what was wrong with my car and offered a solution. He got on his phone and called the dealership to ask about a warranty. As it would turn out the parts were under warranty. He then went even as far as to clarify what the warranty covered. He did all of this because he cared about his customer. I really appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend Tri City Towing. Thank you”

“In a crunch, a friend that just purchased a truck DESPERATELY needed tires. The rubber was literally coming off as he was driving. Upon his arrival to Lambert's he was referred to a shop across the street that could help him with getting two tires, in a jiffy, at the smaller repair shop Lambert's down the road, Rochester....he bought the tires, and then went to the third referred stop, for the guys to put the tires on his truck at a place down the street called "Low Budget Auto Sales," they were quick to help and got it done. My friend was able to have peace of mind, due to a positive domino effect beginning with Lamberts. So, kudos to all parties that assisted in such a short notice for somebody in need. Thanks guys.”

“This establishment far exceeded my expectations! My truck was having diesel engine trouble, smoking, reduced power, leaking fluid, etc. Upon arrival their team troubleshot the problem quickly. Ordered and replaced the engine as well as a few other parts per my request as well as identifying and replacing a couple of other parts that were worn or broken. They had all of the work completed by the end of the week as promised and it was fixed first time right! I highly recommend them for your vehicle repair needs! Thank you!”
