This Ace Hardware is completely awesome. It starts at the top with the Manager Alex, who is always positive when he greets And know exactly what you need to solve The issue you came in for. He goes out of his way to order things And they arrive quickly. His entire staff His courteous and efficient especially Connor. Going there is so much better than going to a big box store thank you, Ace and thank you, Alex.

I just started going to Ace in Bedford. Alex is a 10! I have been able to explain what I need for various home projects and Alex explains what to do...he shows me what I need at a reasonable price, when I need something they don't have in stock he orders it and I get a call when it comes in! Awesome customer service and care!! Give Alex a raise!!! Kudos to Dexter for carrying all my purchases to my car! Love this store!!! I never got this kind of service at Home Depot! Thank you!

Can be a great location depending on who is working when you’re there. Unfortunately as of late, it appears they let the younger staff run amuck, whom think it’s fine to just tell people the aisle general store area, where items may be, vs actually putting in a little effort and walking the customer to the product. It’s sad when businesses degrade due to laziness.

I avoid this Ace as much as possible. Manager and staff have no idea what they are doing. One person who came from the first Ace was knowledgeable and friendly.

The store is open and considerably larger than the last one same location. It’s nice to have a hardware store close by given the fact you don’t have to drive greater distances than desired.

What a great local store, employees go out of their way to say hello and help you. They have top of the line products at a fair price. Large cleaning section. Dan the owner goes out of his way to help. Overall best shop in Bedford.
