Even for BoA, this location is abysmal. Cancelling and moving appointments, not providing services unless you make appointments days in advance (and then canceling the appointment that morning), and typical Bedford Karen staff. Last straw today, opened a checking account with a credit union in response, and am slowly prying my small monies away from their evil hands. Been a customer for 20 years and get treated like they're doing me a favor. Peak evil corporation.

Would rate 0 stars if there was an option. Too unfriendly and unwilling staffs. They will try to ignore or bypass u as much as they can. Third class customer service!

My wife and I initiated the home buying process through BoA weeks ago and have been working with Melissa at this BoA location. So far we’ve prequalified and the next step is preapproval. Melissa has taken at least a few days to respond every time we’ve sent an email or left a voicemail. The last email we received stated we needed to provide verbal approval for her to submit our preapproval application. My wife answered same day providing availability for both the following day and the day after. As of now, it’s been over a week and we’ve heard nothing back from Melissa. In the last week we’ve sent 2 additional emails and left 2 additional voicemails as well. National mortgage rate averages have increased every week for the last 4 weeks and we’ve communicated over and over again that this is something we’re trying to do quickly. Taking days at a time to get back to us, and in this case having over a week go by without responding to multiple emails and phone calls is simply unacceptable. Do not apply for a mortgage through this location.

I had an appointment for Home Loan credit. We showed up 10 minutes earlier. But the lady who was supposed to meet us was not there. I did not receive any call or email about cancellation. This is just wasting our time!!

I deposited a check from my son (same last name) and was told my the teller that I could get money the next day. Great, I had a lot of bills to pay.The next day I got an email stating that I couldn’t withdraw any money until 9 days later. Guess what?? When I am able to get the money, it’s going to another BANK!

Been banking here over a decade and this bank loves to kick you when you're down. I'm recovering from a major surgery, so I am out of work for a month or two. In the meanwhile, BOA decided my fraudulent claim was MY FAULT. The claim started back in Ocotober, I never recieved the item I had ordered, and I also had to get a new atm card due to the fraudulent charges. 3 months later I get $120 taken out of my account (last week) saying the claim was not fraud. SO DONE. And I was super nice to the lady helping me and all she did was degrade me, shouting loudly "you have a lot of debits on here", umm yeah it's a checking not a savings account. Maybe if you hate people and are a sadist, this is the place for you.

Closed with no explanation on a Thursday. First they close my local branch in Derry permanently now you can't even count on any remaining branches to be open. Really puts a business customer in a tough position when you have to hunt down an open branch to make a deposit. You can't even call branches directly to see if they are open.

I own a small business in Merrimack NH and have done my personal and business banking with BOA for over 20 years. The experience just continues to get worse. First, they closed the Merrimack branch several years ago, then they even took away the only ATM in Merrimack. This leaves me driving to Nashua or Bedford when I need to go into a branch. Today was one of those days. I drove to both Nashua branches only to find signs stating they are Temporarily Closed. No explanation whether "temporarily closed" means an hour, a day, a week, etc. Rather than drive to the Bedford NH branch I spent 15 minutes online searching for a branch phone number, and when I finally found one I just got looped through their phone system 5 times and no one ever picked up. No message stating they are closed ... just a phone tree to nowhere! Worst bank ever! I will be moving all of my accounts to another bank.

Love the front of house ladies!!! Michelle and Patti are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Iryna went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter. She even followed up with me days later to make sure everything was taken care of. I’m always met with a smile when I enter the branch. Great group of people!!

I have been a BofA account holder since 1996 and they always put a hold on my checks. This past hold was for 9 days. They even put holds on Tax returns/Gov checks. Not great service and when the excuse they tell you is that someone in the back office must have seen something. What does that mean? I don't bounce checks and I never overdraft or anything. I dont play a victim but this bank I can see how BofA has had to deal with so many discrimination lawsuits(look online)!! I'm closing all 4 accounts when my check clears next week. Worst bank I've ever done business with.
