I worked here for 3 weeks and saw some terrible things1. My first day I was out in a room with a teacher who decided it was best to ignore me for hours until my shift ended instead of teaching me procedures2. Heard staff telling children to shut up3. Staff was actively teaching me how to get around many procedures and when I have to follow them (like when being reviewed by higher staff)4. Teacher told a child on my first day “you still have to nap even if you aren’t tired, maybe if your mom didn’t set you up for failure you would be fine, she should know better considering she works here”5. Teachers telling me who their favorite and least favorite children are6. Teachers putting their least favorite infants in cribs even when they aren’t ready to sleep because “they are sick of them”7. Teacher’s constantly kissing the children (especially infants)8. Teachers lying on tablets when they miss things like diaper changes9. Teachers were always negative, always talking bad about each other and other kids in front of the childrenI brought these things to the attention of the directorwho told me she would contact me to get more information about what I saw… it’s been a few months later and she never attempted to contact me. Shows me that she doesn’t care enough to actually make changes to this facility! These things I saw were very concerning to me and I would have never published this publicly if she had actually looked into the things I had stated. I care greatly about the children there that I spent time with and would hate to see any child experience the things I saw in my short time there.

Well I'm normally super positive on my reviews but this one I can not. My daughter attended this daycare for almost a better part of a year. We had some health struggles with our daughter and had simple guidelines that needed to be met for her day to day care. I had a few times I've popped in on occasions only to find my daughter face down in the crib in her own puke. Screaming and totally distressed, or laying on the floor with her own vomit covered clothes screaming in discomfort. They had issues with feeding her in the manner that they just fed her because they felt the need to. When this happened she would then throw up everything fed to her or if she would not eat at the time and they would then discard the formula. Mind you this was a special formula that averaged 60$ a can. This place was a revolving door to many teachers. I've heard that a couple parents pulled their child from the facility due to lack of confidentiality among other issues like my experience. Now on another hand my wife worked at this facility. Several incidents have come up in this facility with teachers making accusations on other teachers to get them in trouble or fired. The lack of trust and confidentiality within this facility needs and should be addressed. Make sure to read many reviews before placing your child here. Things I have seen with my own eyes not because my wife worked there but as a dad with a daughter within this facility has shown me many red flags.

We have had a wonderful experience with the infant program at Kindercare of Bedford. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the children. I know my daughter is in good hands while I work which gives me such great peace of mind.

Staff is super kind and wonderful. They handle the children as though they are your own. They are the first to call you for issues. All of the teachers are courteous and responsive as well. My children love going. They are always busy with fun activities, learning, and have wonderful friends. The school really does prepare them well for school as well.

We are so happy with our experience with KinderCare! They have been so accommodating of my changing schedule. We love the projects they do with our kids, and they truly care about and love them. We’d recommend to everyone!

The staff at the Bedford center have been amazing through everything this year! The have made you feel welcome at pick up and drop off and take the time questions or concerns. They have done some many things to keep things normal in all of the crazy of 2020.

At the start of the pandemic this facility was taking essential workers' children. I commend them for doing so and getting my little one in so quickly when I needed it. They are all excellent, patient, and caring.

With the pandemic and not knowing if school would be in session for the 2020/2021 school year for my 1st grader ... In july ,I began my search for a center in my area. Kindercare had a spot opened for his age group,I do like that this center accepts children up to 12 years of age .I returned into the work field and I myself am now unable to provide remote learning as I had in the spring, the center does not support the Hybrid option, however they fully support remote learning. Since the starting of the remote learning this Fall, my child has excelled so well, Kindercare has been so amazing in supporting his Individual education. I also would like to share an email message I had received from my child's Teacher(Sarah B. at Parker Varney Elementary School) COPY&PASTED: want to say KinderCare is doing an amazing job getting him on all day and helping him. I know it must be a challenge for them to accommodate his school schedule along with their day to day. So pass on to them from me: THANK YOU! YOU ARE ROCK STARS!So Yes, 5 stars for KinderCare :) This was really awesome to know that others also notice the efforts Kindercare displays :)

I am truly impresses by Bedford’s Kindercare. One of the best things is the Parent’s corner where they have the lesson plan for the week posted, themes for the month and photos of our children doing the activities up. I feel like I’m not only leaving my child in a place where she is emotionally and physically cared for, but also mentally stimulated.

Kindercare of Bedford has been absolutely fantastic for our 8 month old. Our child has been there since they were 3 months old. It was definitely hard leaving them there for the first time when I was headed back to work. Since then, I drop my little one off daily, confident that they are in the best hands possible.

My wife and I are new parents (our daughter is 1.5 years old) and also completely new to the area. To say we were nervous about who to trust with our daughter in an under-statement. The teachers and staff here are fantastic -- the updates on the app were an added awesome bonus. If you're looking for a safe, educational, environment for your children look no further.Thank you so much Kindercare.-The Rowe's

Awesome place for babies, toddlers, and older kids! I only had my 2 year old daughter there for a couple of weeks, but I am so satisfied. My daughter was outside everyday, she was only inside when it was to cold or it was about to rain. They are so good with communication and they're very good with kids. The only reason why I rate them a 4 star and not a 5 star is because they're pretty expensive, for my daughter that was going only a few hours a day 5 times a week was $355.00 a week, that could be someone's paycheck. Overall, lovely experience, if you can afford it, don't hesitate one bit!

It has almost been a year since I moved my son into the Bedford Kindercare and it has been the best choice my husband and I ever made! As a parent you always wonder if you are making the right choice for your child and my husband and I are both thrilled with how much our son loves his new school and how much they love him. He is taking part in cooking classes and soccer as well as learning about computers. His learning has expanded so much in the past 10 months its unbelievable. I would recommend Kindercare to anyone. The directors and staff and AMAZING!
