i just keep calling,\ and emailing, tech never showed up when he said he would. this is getting pretty ridiculous. i would give 0 stars if i could

I agree with the previous review- very poor customer service. We have a local business and have found it to be very difficult to work with this company. Printers are ok, but if they don't work and you can't get a hold of anyone- you can't meet your deadlines. Disappointing.
