I sliced the tip of a finger with a sharp kitchen knife on Sunday morning and decided to go urgent care to be safe. I arrived 30 minutes early and at 9 am they were ready to handle the waiting patients. During the visit, I interfaced with 5 staff members as I was prepped, evaluated and treated. They clearly explained the treatment options and how to care for the wound at home. All of them were professional and pleasant. They exhibited teamwork. I was totally impressed by the CMC culture at this facility.

On Mother's Day, 79 y/o mom was here for a sore foot that said she twisted or rolled. X-rays taken, she's told the foot looks good, nothing wrong with her foot, no fracture, no arthritis, etc, just bruised. She was happy and proceed figure she would walk it off. We went out and celebrated Mother's Day. For the next three days she tries to lead a normal life, but it got worse, not better. Today she's in a foot brace as she just learned a bone in her foot was fractured. And the X-ray of Mother's Day showed the fracture. Completely incompetent hacks. NEVER go to this place.

Do not go here. My boyfriend after not being sent or explained any covid procedures (even though we made an appointment ahead of time) was told to call and let them know we were here. He did that and they said we will call you. After 15 minutes of no call we called back and his room had already been occupied because "we didn't let them know we were here." So unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your time there are plenty of other Urgent Care facilities in Manchester.

This facility will not dispense appropriate meds for serious issues. If you're in pain, DO NOT BRING IT TO CMC as it will be a complete waste of time and money. I visited yesterday with an extreme shingles outbreak from the small of my back, involving my entire right thigh, to below the knee. The doctor gave me a script for an anti-viral and suggested that I take aleve. I could overdose on NSAIDS before it would touch this level of pain. That sadistic jerk of a "doctor" just left the room when I tried to explain how bad it was. Now I'm in excruciating pain, crying all the way back to Florida where a real doctor will treat me accordingly. You have to be pretty unsympathetic to let someone in my condition just go sit in their raging, blistering rash that feels like ants biting a 4th degree burn. Sick, sick, sick. I will never ever go back and will ensure none of my NH friends ever go either. Do yourself a favor, go to a real ER unless you don't really need an actual doctor.

I took my daughter there for back pain which was possibly a UTI or kidney infection, we were seen quickly and had an ultrasound to look at kidneys at CMC on Mcgregor St. Im very happy with the way we were treated and the treatment we received.

RUDE FEMALE RECEPTIONIST, MALE PHYSICIAN and OFFICE STAFF, the RN and X-RAY TECH were the only professionals that conducted themselves like Human Beings. Reported the offensive behavior to my insurance company only to be contacted by CMC Coprarate SIX MONTHS AFTER INCIDENT (via survey letter,) REALLY SINCERE CMC!?! My advice, save yourself a lot of aggravation find another Urgent Care Facility. Disclosure: Late review, but reading other reports nothing has changed.

Walked in at 945am. Waited until 1223pm to be seen (was told I would be seen in 30 mins). Dr comes in says I have the flu and sets up prescriptions at my local CVS. Leave at 1pm. Followed up with CVS at 425pm who said they had not heard from CMC. Called CMC and they told me the provider left for the day! Are you kidding me? I understand that it is flu season and they were busy but don't quote times you know aren't real and then not follow through on prescription orders. Do not waste your time here the VA is more efficient/competent.

Nothing feels worse than being away home when you do not feel well. From the front desk to checkout the staff was so pleasant and thorough.

If you want to be seen quickly this is NOT the place! I actually made an appointment via their website for 2PM. I arrived 15 minutes early since there is always paperwork. At 3:05 I was sick and tired of waiting and left unseen!! From now on I'll make an appointment with my PCP save lots of time and $15 since it is $35 copay for "urgent" care!

On a recent visit to NH I got sick with a sinus infection thing. It was pretty miserable. But the nice people at CMC urgent care took good care of me. They took me right away, were so kind and just made the process easy by submitting my paperwork right to my insurance so I didn't even have to deal with it. Antibiotics administered and vacation saved!
