Last evening the entire pharmacy staff coordinated as a team to ensure I received care before they closed. They chose to invest their best effort and the result was my safety 1st. I think people need to be more realistic with expectations and give Kudos when deserved so Kudos! A gentle reminder to my other reviewer's. It's only fair to comment what is in a staff members control and their response. Please remember your insurance company, state local federal and company policy are not within employees control.

Staffs are so rude and ineffective, we all know it’s busy in work, everybody does. But it is not an excuse to talk to patients/customers in that bad manner.

While finding a cold sore treatment wasn't easy, they had it and there were options. Product remains a bit pricey but that's the case for almost all places where it's sold.

Calling about an urgent prescription refill (since they didn't notify me it was ready), waited to get past the automated service to talk to a person, only to get through to a person and they hung up on me without saying a word. Nice. Not like my life depends on this medication or whatever.

Made an order on a Monday..Got a text on friday sayingthey had it back in stock..free shipping.Nope..no free shipping and it's the following Sunday...Still haven't shipped..Oh..called them...they said both prescriptions shipped.No record online..I'll never deal with cvs agai!!

incredibly irritating to be told your meds will be ready at one, to then show up at 120 to pick it up and be told I have to come back at 230 because it's not ready and they're taking a lunch. Why have every single person go to lunch at the exact same time? ridiculous and inconvenient

Yesterday I went to Walgreens in Manchester for a vaccine, and the service was terrible. Well, mostly just rude. Came to this CVS today and even staff with whom I did not interact wished me a good day with a smile. A much nicer place to shop and get vaccinated.

This is literally the worst CVS! Pharmacy employees tell you prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and you go to pick up and are told it’ll be another hour because they are too busy and understaffed. No apology. Workers are rude too. I’m transferring to another pharmacy.

I can only conclude the gentleman closing the Bedford store today was dealing with some personal issues due to his almost comically horrible customer service (note to you, I saw the obscene finger gesture in the reflection of the window, make sure customers aren't watching in the future). This location is also notorious for locking their doors way before closing time, so plan accordingly.
