I had an amazing experience at Joppa Hill, admission was free, although it costed 5$ to feed the animals it all was donated to make the farm better for the community, The animals were all out especially the emu, who was always by the fence, 100% recommend for the farm, great place to visit.

What an exceptional resource for the community! A peaceful and free place to take the family, take the dog or go solo to unwind. It’s a gem!
The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates a working farm on 35 acres of public land leased from the Town of Bedford, N.H.
Open to the public every day, the farm offers a variety of programs and services designed to pass our region's vanishing agricultural heritage to new generations.
We offer garden plots, school field trips, summer camps, agricultural fairs, and other educational resources. We also serve as a trailhead for hikers, horseback riders, runners, and others who want to explore the woods between Bedford and Amherst. And we do birthday parties, too!
Stop by the farm to meet our animals, explore our trails, visit our pond, have a picnic, or just enjoy the agricultural atmosphere.
