We had Layne from .Evergreen come over to my mother's place due to a plumbing problem that had actually damaged the ceiling in the unit below us. Layne was very cogent and helpful while we figured out the root of the problem. I would have him in my mother's home anytime!

I own a condo in New Hampshire and have yet to have several issues resolved with Evergreen. My phone calls and emails do not get returned. The monthly dues continue to significantly increase year after year, but the services are rapidly declining. It is so bad I'm at the point where I am looking at hiring legal counsel to find out what I can do to get this company replaced or hold them accountable. Everyone at this community is 55 and over and they are getting taken advantage of with this group.

Xavier and his crew have done an excellent job on my deck replacement - from demolition of the old deck to great workmanship on the new one. They also clean up the site so well after each day's work.

The staff who helped me so much and got my 5 stars was Ann Marie Reischer. Since I moved into my condo at Rose Hill Condominiums in Bedford, NH, she has helped me in so many ways and is who I go to for most all of my questions and to retain help. She is wonderful, professional and very kind and so quickly responds to any need I have had. Dar Shea

I had to pay a $225 fine for parking my brand new car in the lot of the property in which I live and is owned by this management company. I parked in a visitor spot in order to let my landlord have the chance to communicate to the management company about the new vehicle, I had been parked for not even an hour before my car was removed. As soon as I parked my information had been sent out to ensure I would not be towed but apparently it did not matter. Also there are only 10 spaces available of visitor spots shared amongst 6 buildings. They all follow the same outlandish rules the rest of the parking in the building follows, and most likely if you live at this property your car will be towed at some point or another with no warning. The towing company is predatory. I am not allowed to speak with the management as a tenant so this is the only outlet I have come up with to communicate the problem besides having my saint of a landlord communicate on my behalf which never results in any changes to the towing system in place.Reply: Hi, so as a resident I cannot park in the lot of where I live while the owner sorts out the details with management? If my car details weren’t even passed along how would anyone have known that the car belonged to a resident? The whole setup is insanely disrespectful to the tenants.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was the president of my HOA for 3 years and in those 3 years we have had 7 property managers, which only 1 was good but moved onto another company(we only hd him for 3 months). Evergreen does not communicate at all even if you have an emergency and i'm sure they are fine with managing financials, but i would never know because after requesting numerous times to get monthly financials, they provided them maybe 3 times last year so we never know what is going on with our Association's money. I know all managment companies are bad but this one is almost as bad as our last one that didn't manage at all and actually stole money from us! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

We have had Evergreen Management for at least the 10 years I have been at our condo, and on the Board of Directors as President for the last 8 years, and on the Board 2 years prior. I personally have a fantastic working relationship with them. They are very professional, and work with myself and the Board of Directors all the time when we have issues or even complaints from Association members. Elaine, Deb, Cassandra, and Lane are fantastic individuals and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a management company for their properties.
